Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Print-on-Demand Products

Many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because these items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing your purchase.

Returns, replacements, or refunds for print-on-demand products will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if the wrong item was received.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders, personalized items, or print-on-demand products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that exchanges are not available for incorrect size selections made by the customer on print-on-demand products. We strongly encourage customers to review the sizing chart before placing an order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

However, under applicable consumer protection laws, this right may not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, including certain print-on-demand products.

As with any return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, printing error, damaged product, or an error on our part.
